- Grew from a freelance engagement into a long-term embedded engineering leadership role, setting technical direction and making all architecture decisions
- Owned the client relationship directly: handled post-launch support and onboarding personally with the business owner, rather than through a separate account-management layer
- Architected and built a multi-tenant SaaS platform end-to-end — customer app and web, admin back-office, partner portal and billing system — serving both B2C and B2B customers
- Extended the platform beyond the core web app: shipped a conversational AI voice-booking agent supporting bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, and package management
- Owned backend and cloud infrastructure end-to-end on GCP, and translated business needs into new services, including a recommendation microservice and a Spanish e-invoicing (AEAT) compliance integration
- Led a 3-person engineering team (1 backend, 2 frontend juniors) and established engineering practices from scratch
